Terms Entered in Search
A name, location, or other term entered into an embedded search tool is sent to the third-party company that operates that tool. Colquitt County Released Inmates does not store or log those query terms on its own systems. The provider's policy controls how it receives and uses the submitted search.
Messages Sent to Us
If you send an email or submit a contact message, we retain the information needed to read and answer it. We do not share the message beyond the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Technical Data Collected Automatically
Standard server, analytics, or advertising systems may record technical details when a page loads. Those details can include:
- The internet protocol address used for the visit
- The browser name and version
- The device category and operating system
- The pages opened and time spent on them
- The referring website, when one is supplied
- The date and time of each request

Advertising partners may use their own systems to recognize activity across more than one website and to select targeted ads. That tracking occurs under the partner's controls and policy, not within records maintained by Colquitt County Released Inmates.
